Yes — most of our schedule is built for exactly that. Gentle Restorative, Slow Flow, and our All Levels classes welcome true beginners, and teachers offer options the whole way through. Come as you are.
Our heated rooms run around 95° (gently heated Yin sits near 80°). The warmth helps muscles open and builds heat-sweat endurance. Prefer it cool? Plenty of non-heated classes too.
Just water and comfortable clothes you can move in. We have mats if you need one. Arrive about ten minutes early so we can get you settled.
